Gene Voloshin, Principal and the driving force behind Catalyst Development has built a number of beautiful homes in Needham and Wellesley while cultivating an open and honest relationship with his clients during the construction process and well after.
After spending a decade growing a successful corporate career in consulting, Gene realized that what he really wanted to do was to build beautiful homes in his own community. Inspired by the idea of delivering homes for families to enjoy and make memories in, came Catalyst Development in 2008.
As a complement to building truly awe-inspiring luxury homes, Catalyst Development takes pride in the quality service we provide to our clients after they move in. While Gene is involved in every stage of the construction process, he is very much involved after the sale to ensure a smooth transition and a great experience with all of our homes.
Gene is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Massachusetts.
